We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Note that returns will need to be sent to the address specified on your shipping label. If you’re unsure where to send your return, get in touch with us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping is a non-refundable charge unless the product was damaged or we mailed you the wrong product in error.
We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.

Please allow 5-7 business days for USPS Standard Mail deliveries. Some large orders may arrive in separate boxes which will not increase shipping charges.
You should receive your order’s tracking information via email at the time of shipping.

While most customers receive their order within 1-3 weeks, this delivery time frame often depends heavily on the customs clearing process for your particular country.
Please be advised that your local government may assess international trade taxes or customs duties upon package arrival, which are not the responsibility of Stop Killer Robots. Contact your local customs office for more information.

• Customer agrees not to hold the Stop Killer Robots Store responsible for a package that is lost or damaged by USPS.
• Customer agrees the Stop Killer Robots Store is not responsible for any package that is stolen from the customer’s address.
• If your package is lost in transit, you agree the Stop Killer Robots Store will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,” which indicates USPS successfully delivered the package to the specified address.
• All customers, Domestic and International, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State’s/Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.
