Ms. Acheson is director of the Reaching Critical Will project of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF), a co-founder of the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots. She was centrally involved in efforts to bring about the 2017 Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
