Organised by Women Peace and Democracy Nepal, this roundtable seminar on “Killer Robots: The Lethal Autonomous Weapons (LAWS) – A Threat to Human Kind” will bring together governmental officials, former parliamentarians, representatives of political parties, security agencies, civil society organizations, academics, peacebuilding champions, human rights organizations, and media to discuss the issue of fully autonomous weapons. This seminar will also feature a presentation by the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Asia and the Pacific (UNRCPD).
